I got a bookshelf and a small table from Nathan James a few months back, mostly because I needed something that looked decent without turning into a whole project. The boxes showed up in good shape, and I remember being kind of surprised that the pieces felt solid and heavier than I expected. We’ve been using both every day since then, and after a few months there’s no peeling, no loose screws, and nothing feels wobbly or cheap. So yeah, overall I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably buy from them again

I was checking out a few shelves and was surprised that most of the ones I wanted were actually in stock!! The colors were shown clearly too, so I didn’t feel like I had to guess what I was ordering.
One cabinet I really liked was sold out, though, and I couldn’t quite tell when it would be back. Still, the inventory info was way better than what I’ve seen on a lot of other furniture sites...

Not saying it’s a scam, but this chair definitely looks a lot better than it feels. I thought it would be comfortable for sitting all day, but it’s stiff and awkward, and my back starts hurting after a while.

I picked up a side table from Nathan James, i think it looks great in my apartment. It has that clean, modern look I wanted without feeling too fancy or overpriced. I wasn’t trying to spend a ton, but in my opinion, it makes the whole room feel a lot more finished. Happy with it overall

I’ve ordered from Nathan James twice now, both times felt legit. Shipping updates were clear, I didn’t get hit with any random weird charges, and support actually got back to me when I had a question. I’ll admit I was the one being a little paranoid at first, but they didn’t really give me a reason not to trust them. Not absolutely perfect, but I’d order from them again.

I thought the return process would be straightforward, but it dragged on way longer than it should’ve. The refund took weeks to come through, and every time I contacted support, I just got vague replies that didn’t really explain anything... definitely more frustrating than I was expecting

I was surprised by how many styles Nathan James had. I went on there just looking for a small table and somehow ended up browsing shelves, chairs, and probably half the site. It was really easy to sort through different sizes and colors, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Great selection without feeling like I needed a map to get through it.

One of the parts was missing from my order, which was a little frustrating at first. I’m assuming it was just a packing slip-up or something, because everything else looked fine.

I went on nathanjames.com and found the replacement part request easily. I kind of expected it to be a hassle, but it was straightforward enough. It did take a few days before I heard back, which I figured might happen, but they eventually sent the part out.
Would’ve been 5 stars if the response had been quicker, but in the end they fixed the issue and I’m happy with how it turned out

I was looking at this table and just wanted to figure out what it was actually made of before buying. The photos looked nice and all, but the material info felt thin, like I couldn’t really tell if it was veneer, solid wood, what kind of finish, that sort of thing.

For the price, I need a little more than nice pictures. I don’t really like guessing with furniture, so I ended up passing on it.

I ordered a small table and was a little worried it wouldn’t fit the spot I had in mind. But the measurements on the site were accurate, accurate, and it ended up fitting where I needed it to go. It might’ve been off by a tiny bit, but nothing that really mattered. I do wish there were a few more detail photos, but overall I’m happy with it.

I got this because my place is small and, i’m not the best at keeping things organized when I’m busy. It actually holds more than I expected and helps keep a lot of my stuff out of the way. I do wish one of the drawers was a little deeper, but that might just be me trying to cram too much in there. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Site was simple to use. Checkout was quick. No issues.

I ordered the walnut finish thinking it would look like the photos, but what showed up is way more orange than walnut. Like, not even close. The finish also looks cheaper in person, which is frustrating because the pictures made it seem much nicer. I don’t know why product photos have to make everything look so perfect if that’s not what you’re actually getting.

It looks okay overall, but it feels way too overpriced for what you’re getting. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the company is more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers than actually offering good value

I ordered this from Nathan James thinking it would be a smart little fix for my small apartment, but it didn’t really deliver. It looks cute enough, sure, but it still takes up more room than I expected, and the storage is kind of laughably limited. Assembly wasn’t a nightmare, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. For the price, I expected it to do more than just sit there looking nice and barely helping. Not awful, just underwhelming.

It showed up on time. No issues. Happy with the delivery.

I’ve ordered from here before and didn’t have any issues, so I was a bit surprised this time when the wrong item showed up. I reached out to support, but it took longer than expected to get a response. Not the best experience compared to my past orders.

I ordered this because the description made it sound like exactly what I needed, but what showed up was disappointing. The color didn’t look like the photos, the measurements felt misleading, and the material seemed a lot cheaper than what was listed. After waiting for it to arrive, it’s frustrating to have to deal with this. Sellers should be more accurate with their descriptions and take responsibility when the product doesn’t match what they’re advertising.

It was helpful overall — I did get what I needed in the end. Just… it took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but the wait was definitely noticeable.

I thought the warranty would help when my chair broke, but they wouldn’t cover it at all. It ended up feeling like a complete waste of time, and I’m disappointed with the whole experience.
